While we strive to deliver impactful solutions, the dynamic nature of AI means that specific outcomes, ROI, or performance metrics cannot be absolutely guaranteed.

    • Grant necessary access to systems, software, and personnel required for assessments and implementations.
    • Make informed decisions regarding the adoption of specific tools after we provide transparency on their functionality and data handling.

    4. Intellectual Property

    Unless otherwise agreed in writing, AIstratPlan.com retains the intellectual property rights to our proprietary methodologies, frameworks, and pre-existing code libraries. Upon full payment for implementation services, clients are granted a license to use the custom automations and integrations built specifically for their business.

    5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

    Our services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We follow industry best practices for security and implementation, but we do not guarantee that third-party AI tools will be error-free or perfectly secure.

    In no event shall AIstratPlan.com or its team be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of our services or recommended third-party tools.

    6. Confidentiality

    Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of our engagement. This includes business strategies, operational data, and technical infrastructure details.

    7. Governing Law

    These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Manitoba, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
